The ONE is not a revolution pulled from thin air; it is the evolution of everything factor has learned in recent years. From the Olympic-record-breaking HANZŌ Track to the all-conquering OSTRO VAM, each project has added layers of knowledge. FACTOR has amassed a deep understanding of form and shapes, fusing CFD, wind tunnel, and real world knowledge. How to manipulate turbulence around a spinning wheel, how to extract more speed without sacrificing stability. When the UCI relaxed key design regulations, we were ready. We pushed to the very edge of what is now possible, not only aerodynamically, but in rider fit and handling. In its first public appearance, unannounced, in prototype form, the ONE won a stage of the Critérium du Dauphiné. It was not a debut. It was a declaration.

Focused Modern Geometry

The Factor ONE represents a shift in how modern race bikes are conceived.

Elite racing has evolved: riders sit further forward, run narrower bars, shorter cranks, deeper tyre volumes, and more aerodynamic positions than ever before. The ONE was engineered around these realities from day one, not retrofitted to them.

The defining feature of the ONE is its bayonet fork and “chin” fairing system, a structure made possible by recent UCI rule changes and shaped through hundreds of CFD iterations. It controls airflow at the very start of the bike, minimising spillover drag and sustaining advantage deep into yaw where other platforms lose efficiency.
