The Factor Aluto is engineered to perform—whether in races, on long gravel adventures, or across mixed terrain. With a design focused on delivering a bright, elastic, and responsive ride, the ALUTO is built for riders who demand a perfectly balanced experience that combines Factor-level handling with speed, control, and versatility.
Its geometry is tuned for performance across changing terrain and long days in the saddle. Short chainstays, a steep head tube, a short wheelbase, and a lowered bottom bracket reduce the center of gravity while accommodating wider gravel tyres. The tube shaping and carbon layup deliver stiffness where it’s needed and compliance where it counts, resulting in a bike that feels lively, precise, and engaging—a true “pocketknife” of a gravel bike.
Balanced Race Geometry
Increasing tyre clearance is more than just widening the fork or seatstays. The ALUTO is optimized around 45 mm tyres, with a maximum of 47 mm at the rear, ensuring the handling stays sharp and responsive. Compared to the OSTRO Gravel, the ALUTO features a slightly slacker head tube angle while retaining short chainstays for a compact wheelbase that enhances agility. A lower bottom bracket stabilizes the ride and balances the geometry, while a slightly higher stack offers a more adaptable fit for a wider range of riders without compromising a race-ready position.
Balanced Front-End Feel
Factor’s engineers prioritised a nimble, responsive front-end even with maximum tyre width. The minimal-design fork delivers forgiveness without softness, working harmoniously with wide-volume tyres to enhance comfort, grip, and control. The carbon layup and tube shapes at the front create a bright, light ride feel, tuned for long hours of gravel riding without fatigue. The result is a bike that combines precision, comfort, and control across all types of terrain.
